The future home of Cintrifuse at 1313 Vine is under construction. This week, the street level facade was removed and replaced with a temporary plywood wall. Cintrifuse: A Future for 1313 Vine


1313 Vine Street has a long and storied history, and if all goes according to plan, it will become home to Cintrifuse, an initiative to take Cincinnati’s growing startup community to the next level. The goal of the effort is to launch high-growth startups by providing post-seed, pre-scale funding and by connecting entrepreneurs and investors.

Not too long ago, I had the opportunity to take an extraordinary tour through a few buildings in OTR. Our first stop was 1313 Vine aka Cosmopolitan Hall. It was most recently known as The Warehouse nightclub and the ghost sign at the front door says “Bellonby,” but no matter what you call it 1313
